X-Girl x G-Shock DW-5600 Watch

The upcoming XLarge x G-Shock collaboration watch, which is part of their new Summer 2009 collection. X-Girl also worked on the same watch, and since the gents version is black, the girls will of course get the white version. Subtle branding appears in pink on the dial as well as on the strap. Overall a pretty simple piece and we definitely prefer the white Atmos G-Shock, that we presented the other day.

Married To The MOB Summer 2009 Collection

The girls from Married To The MOB present their new Summer 2009 Collection. The line continues to expand and get bigger, and is close to becoming a full collection. Their t-shirts still stick out the most, and their slogans are still among the best in the womens market. The lookbook was shot this season by David “Shadi” Perez and came out really nice, just like we are used to see from the brand.

Bape Launches US Website

Bape has today officially launched a dedicated website for the US. At us.bape.com you find a news section, Spring/Summer 2009 Collection presentation and the online store will also be launching soon. This is just another step in the worldwide expansion of the brand.
It will be interesting to watch how the brand balances exclusivity and expansion. Its a difficult subject and there is no easy solution. So far, if you are a fan of the brand or not, they managed this balance pretty well, still selling out most of their stock. In the US people still had to make the trip to the stores in NYC and LA, that is over once the online store launches.

He also goes into the similarities of Hip Hop and skateboarding and how both have inspired and influenced him over the years.

Atmos once again got together with G-Shock on their DW-5600 model. The watch comes in white with a pink face, featuring white polka dots. The strap comes with a tonal star design and further details are featured on the backlight and the back of the case. The watch will be released in June. A nice and simple backpack is coming from the Deluxe Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The backpack comes with a Cordura durable upper and white leather bottom.
