No Homer – Hip Hop Icons Simpsonized
Format has come out once again with a fun series of characters. Last time around we saw them turn Hip Hop albums into Lego figures, this time the Hip Hop icons were Simpsonized. The set features Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Notorious B.I.G., 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Flava Flav, Eazy E, Andre 3000, Eminem, and Fat Joe alongside iconic O representations for each artist. Designed by Moxy Creative the posse shot is available as a 11.75 x 15.75 limited edition (100) print for $45 USD including tax and shipping. Apple iPod nano With Built-in Video Camera
Apple today unveiled the latest incarnation of iPod nano, adding a video camera, mic and speakers to the best-selling music player. Videos can be shot with fun real-time effects such as Thermal, Film Grain, Kaleido and X-Ray and are uploaded to YouTube with one easy click. A built-in FM radio with live pause and iTunes Tagging is also included in the latest version alongside as a pedometer that syncs up to Nike+. And for that extra kick: a larger 2.2-inch screen and a polished aluminum finish in nine brilliant colors. The new iPod nano is now available in an 8GB model for $149 USD and a 16GB model for $179 USD.

Martin Margiela Fall/Winter 2009 Velvet Sneaker
The Martin Margiela low top trainer comes as part of his Fall/Winter 2009 Collection in an all-over velvet version. Not only the sneaker upper, but also the mid-sole, outer sole and the laces are entirely covered in velvet, resulting in an overall very interesting look. The sneaker is now available at colette.

Asics Fall/Winter 2009 Directional Level Releases
Today we get a first look at the upcoming Asics Directional Level Fall/Winter 2009 footwear. Asics has worked with gaphic designer and Hip Hop MC Sef on the colorways of the new collection. Sef has already worked on several other sneaker projects, including the Asics x Solebox release and the Nike Air Max 90 Homegrown release a couple of years ago. The sneakers will be coming out between September and December.
